These Col Oils colors have a special formula mixed into them to create a full heat set paint for you to use. This special formula allows the paint to set permanently when heat is applied, providing a durable finish that is ideal for all of your doll art projects.

Col Oils HS paint will cure by being heat set at 265°F for 9 minutes.
