CANADA & USA ~ Shipping Update: New FREE SHIPPING Threshold Effective October 1 2025

Why We're Making This Change

• Here at MacPherson Crafts, we've worked hard to keep shipping affordable. Recently increased courier surcharges have significantly increased our costs. We've been covering these fees to accommodate our customers, but to keep service reliable and pricing fair, we're returning to our previous free shipping threshold of $130.

What's Changing (and What's Not?)

• New free shipping threshold: $130 USD (previously $100 USD).
• Effective: October 1 (changes take effect at 12:00 a.m. local time).
• Applies to: Orders shipping within the United States and Canada.
• Not changing: Our commitment to careful packaging, reliable delivery, and great value.

Pre‑Orders, Existing Pre-Orders & Other Orders

• We will honor the $100 free shipping threshold up to Sep 30 @ 11:59pm for the following:
  • Fully paid pre‑orders completed on or before the above deadline.
  • Remaining Pre‑Orders placed prior to today's announcement, provided they are fully paid by the payment deadline sent by our team.  
  • All other fully paid orders placed and paid by Sep 30 @ 11:59pm

• Process:
  • As items arrive in stock, Dee will invoice any remaining balances.
  • Each invoice will include a payment deadline.
  • Fully paid by the deadline = free shipping honored at $100.
  • Paid after the deadline = new $130 threshold applies

• Important: "Fully paid" means the entire order balance is paid in full by the stated deadline.

FAQs:

• Does this change product prices?
  • No. Only the free shipping threshold is changing.

• Does this apply to all US and Canadian orders?
  • Yes, with standard exclusions that may apply to remote addresses or oversized items.

• What currency is the threshold?
  • $130 USD.

• My pre‑order was placed before the announcement but isn't fully paid yet - can I still get the $100 threshold?
  • Yes, if you pay in full by Sep 30th or the deadline on Dee's invoice when your item arrives in stock.

PLEASE NOTE:  If shipping fees are  more than 20% of the order total, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the difference in shipping fees.  We will contact you should this happen.  You can then decide if you would like to continue with the order by paying this difference or to cancel and receive a full refund.

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING POLICY:

• Listed EU Countries: Orders over $300.00 will Ship FREE.  Orders BELOW $300.00 will be invoiced for shipping and once paid, it will be shipped.

• Rest of the World ~ Orders $300+ will receive 10% of the total order amount off the shipping fee.
  Your order could be Free Shipping if 10% equals or exceeds the courier amount .
  If your order does not qualify for Free Shipping, we will invoice you once packed & ready.
• Brazil & South America ~We do not ship Brazil & rest of South America.
• Your order could be Free Shipping if 10% equals or exceeds the courier amount .
  If your order does not qualify for Free Shipping, we will invoice you once packed & ready.
• PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT SHIP TO CHINA & RUSSIA
  

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you need to update your SHIP TO address, please contact our Help Desk with your new information.

PLEASE NOTE:  Previously placed Pre-Orders and Lay Away, will still have your old address and you will need to notify us once you have paid your balance.

Changes will only take effect on new orders placed AFTER the address change was done.
