Alcohol Ink Primer

This is an air dry medium that makes the vinyl a nonporous surface that the alcohol inks require. This Primer is not clear, it drys as a white base that will enhance the alcohol ink colours. Apply 1 or 2 thin coats of the primer and let cure for 24 hours before using the alcohol inks on top. Can be applied with a brush or dense sponge wedge. Clean up with soap and water. Will take 8 min. 265 F heat for heat set mediums/paints with out reaction occuring.
