Once you have concluded your order and chosen PayPal as your payment method, you will click the CONFIRM ORDER button.
Click thi button only ONCE and then give the shopping cart the opportunity to populate your order and direct you to the confirmation page.... At this stage your order will show PENDING to us until you have paid for your order.
On the confirmation page it will ask you to WAIT for PayPal to load. Please be patient and wait for the page to redirect to PayPal's login page. Then log into your PayPal and pay for your order.
At this stage, PayPal will relay back to our Shopping Cart and confirm that your order was paid.
Once we get the CONFIRMED notice from PayPal, your order will start processing.
If you order multiple items with your Pre-Order kit, then this products will only ship once your pre-order kit has arrived in stock and your balance payment was received.
If you need these products PRIOR to your pre-order kit arriving in stock, please order those products seperately.
We cannot split up a single order for shipping. Due to the vast amount of orders we deal with each day, doing this has become an administrative nightmare and just not possible to do.
If you need to update your SHIP TO address, please contact our Help Desk with your new information.
PLEASE NOTE: Previously placed Pre-Orders and Lay Away, will still have your old address and you will need to notify us once you have paid your balance.
Changes will only take effect on new orders placed AFTER the address change was done.
