This is really a personal choice. Some people like their dolls to be very matte, and others prefer a light sheen. We offer various products like matte and satin varnishes which can be used alone or together, to create your own desired look. We recommend pouncing them on quickly with a cosmetic sponge, and if using heat-set paints, you may mix them with a small amount thinner so that they go on more easily.
