I experienced IT difficulties attempting to access the Help Desk. I left two messages requesting support/ contact from the store. I did not receive a response. However, I left another message. Shortly following this message, I received a call from the stores IT support person in Texas.
This individual was extremely patient and helpful.
My order was then placed. I received my complete order delivered to my door,the following day. Wow what great service once we got through the bumps. This store has excellent and helpful employees.
